We had a lovely one night stay at Serene home stay. The whole family are so kind and welcoming and made us feel right at home! We chose to eat dinner at the house and we were so pleased that we did - they cooked us an absolutely delicious feast, such variety and amazing flavours! Breakfast was also fantastic. Romeni also arranged for her uncle to drive our tuktuk to Ella for us whilst we got the train, which was super helpful and he was so lovely! Highly recommend this place!

After travelling for some months we had a feeling of being home. The family is super friendly, the helped us a lot (I got sick and they took care about me), they cooked delicious food 😍 both the double room and the chalets are clean, spacious and very cozy. We loved our stay there, thanks so much for showing me, how to cook Sri Lankan curried and for making us feel home!

cozy, lovingly furnished room. Very clean. It gets cold at night but the hostess has plenty of blankets and even a hot water bottle. The really great thing is the hosts. Very dear, wonderful people. The food on offer was also very tasty, authentic and plentiful. great experience, recommended.

This stay was one of the best I had not just in Sri Lanka but during all my travels. This place is a home away from home. I was welcomed with open arms (quite literally) and well taken care of from the moment I booked (thanks to Romenis fantastic communication) until even after I left. 🥹🫶 The chalet is beautiful, the bed with all its blankets is so cozy and the view from the window scenic. 🗻 I went on the famous hike with Lal, who took us through the woods, fields and mountains and told us so much about the vegetation and history of Nuwara Eliya. Grace made the worlds best food. Seriously. Anything after this will just taste sad. Every meal was different yet so delicious! If you want a truly unique experience I advice you to stay here, you will not regret it !

We really enjoyed our stay at sincere wilderness. The room is really cozy and had everything we needed and the view from the room is also absolutely breathtaking. The whole family is so welcoming and kind and it immediatly felt like home. We ate dinner twice and we absolutely recommend it-we were in heaven. We even could watch them cook one evening and it was really interesting for us. The breakfast was also very delicious. The whole family wants you to have the best time and is so sweet and helpful- so we got a hot water bottle because the nights getting colder. One morning we went for a hike with the host and the trail was really nice and the view was amazing. He told us a lot about plants, Nuware Eliya etc. We absolutely recommend sincere wilderness and hope that we would come back at one time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
