Very nice area and clean building. A lot of rooftop pools but they are freezing. Water ran out while staying there for 2 hours. Elevators can have a nice upgrade. Front desk staff very nice

You cannot wish any better location. It is extremely safe, the building is brand new, apartments are clean and convenient. It faces the ocean. The rooftop pool is the best and the biggest in the area.

Unbelievable, Look no further. Great location, great staff, safe, quiet unbeatable value. Claudia from the night shift was incredible in helping with us with information, and some stay related assistance through whatsapp. Highly recommend in all regards.

This is my third time in Playa del Carmen, and it's the first time we chose to stay in an apartment instead of a resort, and we loved the experience. It was different and without strict schedules. The location of the apartment/hotel was spectacular, just a two-minute walk from the beach and maybe five minutes from Fifth Avenue. During our stay, we didn't hear any music in the surroundings. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because of the front desk staff and the people working at the bar. Every time we approached the front desk, the employees were on the phone and didn't look at us in the face when they responded. The same happened at the bar. The apartment is very nice and clean, but there are some missing details in the kitchen utensils. I could say it has the most beautiful view at the rooftop pool. Nonetheless, that didn't overshadow our vacation.

A very comfortable apartment hotel close to the beach but outside the loud, tacky tourist areas. Best local street scene right around the corner. Fantastic rooftop pools and bars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
