Overall the building and location are quite good (near 5th Ave) and the staff are friendly, but had cleanliness issues in the bathroom that could cause health problems (Main living quarters were okay) There is no elevator to the lobby from the outside, and a decent staircase so for people with accessibility issues it may be a problem. Inside has elevators. We had some complaints about the unit. First off, our unit had a broken window hinge so it would never fully close. We ended up having tons of mosquitoes in our room and had to try to stuff the curtain in the window gap to prevent this. Secondly, we had a lot of black mold in our bathroom which we didn't notice immediately, so we had a bit of coughing, dizziness, and other symptoms. I had to buy bleach to kill the mold around the sink drain but the shower was too far gone (photos included). The owner should really deal with this as it can be serious. Otherwise, the rooms were generally clean other than rust. And some small stains in the bed. One of the days the housekeeping never came but that's not a huge deal. Our room had AC, the TV had smart capabilities, and the rooftop bar and pools were nice! Another plus was our room had a microwave as well. Wi-fi is fast. The noise from the nightclubs weren't too bad on our side, but I can see the other side being loud. I would give this place a 3.5 star if not for the mold and broken window.

I've read the good and bad reviews for this residence hotel on multiple sites and so I booked based on the ratings. I was here for 14 days so I think I have a good grasp on everything they have to offer and lack. My ratings are based on my experience with staying in many hotels/rentals in PDC. This place has lots of potential but lacks in some areas. The negatives are the nightclub noise(which I will get to) and the lack of steps or rail into the pools and jacuzzis. There is one long rooftop pool, a rectangular jacuzzi, and a large square jacuzzi. Most people sit down before getting in due to the drop. On the entry shelf ends, the water surface is low but the drop is actually equivalent to a 3-step down. Despite all that, the pool actually isn’t deep - my kid can stand it it. I wish the pool had only two levels so I could do laps but it’s divided into four equal parts. It’s got a two very shallow shelves, a less shallow portion and a 3.5’ deep portion. Jacuzzis are not heated but in fact warmed by the sun. It actually was tepid on some days. There’s a little outdoor showering area. The rooftop bar opens from 12pm-8pm but they close early if there are no guest activity. Prices are reasonable. $120 pesos for a frozen margarita, $50 pesos for a small bag of chips, $180 pesos for chicken Milanese and fries. Pool closes at 10pm. I don’t recommend this place for anyone with a physical disability. We hefted our luggage up the stairs to reception. Sure they have a lift to get up to reception but someone has to go upstairs to bring the lift down. There are elevators and a ramp on the rooftop but that’s about it. If you have the 2 or 3 bedroom units, they are offset by a nine stairs to get to them. Plus, you won’t be able to get into the pool or jacuzzis either. Even if you have a minor physical disability, bad knees, bad back, or just drunk, it could be a challenge because there are no steps or rails. Our unit has seen some wear and tear. Our sofa was severely stained they had to steam clean it. The window leaks during heavy rain, shower floor seal leaks, not all the safes work, the shower head is rusted, crack in the wood door, the walls are dinged and marred. Unlike US hotels, don’t expect a wash cloth, body wash, iron board, or coffee. It would be nice if the Nespresso coffee machine came with 2 - 3 pods so that guests know what compatible pods to buy. Units ending in #13 and #14 (example 13, 213, 314) are closest to the four nightclubs(open from 8:30pm-2:30am) at the end of the street. It will be loud so we used the air conditioner’s fan for white noise to sleep. See video to judge for yourself on the noise level. On the plus side, the rooftop is beautiful, it’s close to the beach, and maid service got better once they found out we were here for an extended stay. Overall, it’s a decent stay.

The front desk was very nice and welcoming! Our room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. We felt safe for the five days we stayed here and would definitely stay here again if we came back. Our favorite thing about this hotel was the rooftop pools and hot tub. The views were amazing and the pool furniture was all perfect for a relaxing afternoon!

Pool bar area on the roof is great. Cheap drinks and two pools. But at night the bars below play loud bass music till 6am. Makes it hard to sleep. Building newer and modern with elevator.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
