It is in a great location if you are hoping to see old town phuket. The rooms are spacious and clean. The reception staff weren't overly helpful, we had to figure out where our room was. They did hold our bags for us though as we arrived earlier than check in.

The location is the main reason for my stay here. The good: - Nice sino-Portuguese design. - The room is spacious - Great location, very walkable to the old town. - The price is alright - Some corner of the room is nice to take pic for instagram, but my other room is not as nice even though it’s the same price. - Has mini air dryer, microwave, glasses, 2 bottles of water, instant coffee and cheap tea bags. One of my room has kitchen sink, the other one has full body mirror. The bad: - The hotel was kinda old, the pillows didn’t feel as fluffy as it should be. There was a hole on my bed sheet. - No toothbrush, toothpaste. Have shampoo, soap, cotton swap, shower cap, towels

I was able to spend some time here this week, presenting a leadership workshop in their event room. The space was big, well cooled, and has all the technology needs for a presentation. The meal service was very well done! Breaks and lunch were ready ahead of time and every dish was cooked fresh and hot. We had access to coffee and water all day, which made it very comfortable for all attending the event. There was also a beautiful view of Phuket from their 5th floor rooftop, just outside the gym! I recommend this hotel for any presentation or meetings in Phuket Town.

This is our 2nd stay at Sino House. Previous stay 5 years ago was quite good. Unfortunately time was not kind to this property. Positives: - Location in the middle of the town - Room cleanliness is decent Negatives: - Rooms are extremely worn out, tears in curtains, marks on the walls, worn furniture. - Terrible ac - old, noisy, vibrating (can hear ac noise from other rooms too) - Breakfast is now a single dish choice that needs to be made the night before, brought to the room (breakfast room abandoned) - Gym is on the roof, open and not airconditioned - unusable. We could not sleep at all due to the noise and checked out a day early. Def. not returning.

Great hotel. Stayed there before. Very nice helpful staff and lovely design/decor around the lobby and stairs. Impeccable bathroom facilities near the reception and some of the rooms have been renovated.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
