Great experience. Perfect location. Staff was beyond friendly. Overall vibe is outstanding and hotel offers many entertainment options, ie rooftop bar/dining, steakhouse and spa. Rooms are very cool, mostly comfortable (slightly worn). Only downside with room is - a smart TV to stream services would be better as the satellite image and sound was off on the few English speaking channels. But it’s Barcelona and there’s much more to do rather than watch TV. Will definitely return.

The staff were genuinely kind and attentive. The location is good - just steps away from high-end shopping, dining and sightseeing. The rooms are large and comfortable with good closet space and we enjoyed the design details.

I had the worst experience in this hotel First I arrived to see that the room that I booked was facing the neighbours laundry so I upgraded to a sweet with a price increase of 150€ and when I asked them to add breakfast with the upgrade as hospitality he refused that. The sweet quality was so bad the floor had a squeaking sound when walking on it, the AC wasn’t working, the pillows were so flat ,and the housekeeping didn’t do a great job they didn’t even wash the hotel cups. When I ordered from out I asked the receptionist to send the food to my sweet he said that he did it yesterday as a favor and he doesn’t have to and hung up , he was so impolite and when asking for the manager he said that he was the manager!! Even if it wasn’t allowed there’s always a way to deliver information to the guest! This is not how 5 stars hotel works, one star is more than enough for it. When you book a 5 star you expect a 5 star host, unfortunately it was not 👎🏻 I don’t recommend

I especially think that the size of the room was good but the planning was extremely wrong. It is ridiculous to walk from the toilet to the bathroom every time! The walls were cracked and in need of repair. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had dinner at Mr Porter, the food was good but it was cold inside! Breakfast service staff were extremely uninterested! I had to ask 3 people to serve an omelette. The location is very nice. The bar was fun in the evenings

We chose this hotel for our first ever trip to Barcelona, and we truly cannot wait to get to stay here again. We had the best experience from the time we arrived until the time we checked out. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, modern, and very clean, and the location is spectacular. It is so convenient to great food and shopping, and also just steps away from a metro stop. This hotel is truly a gem!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
