My recent stay at Sirius Otel was a pleasant experience. The room always feels clean and fresh, has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Amazing breakfast every morning. The staff at Sirius is very friendly and attentive. Especially, I want to highlight the manager, Umut, who is consistently willing to assist with any request or inquiry and provides excellent advice about the area. There are many places within walking distance. I highly recommend Sirius Otel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We had a lovely and comfortable staying at Sirius. We read the reviews and info regarding the room's sizes and we knew they were pretty small and indeed they were but i can't complain about this because everything was as expected and beyond. The bed was very comfortable, with good quality bed sheets, good quality towels and plenty of them. The cleaning was sparkling clean and the cleaning lady came everyday to clean the room and change the towels. I thank her very, very much for this. The breakfast was satisfying. Enough variety for me but yet again, i am not a picky eater nor do i need much. You have boiled eggs, scrambled, different types of cheese, different types of ham, vegetables, fruits, muesli, yoghurt, french toast, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is good. You have next door a supermarket, restaurants and can also go by foot almost everywhere from the location. The metro station is however not so close as we would have liked. It is a quiet area. I am a light sleeper so i was pleased to be able to rest well. I also liked they make a separate wi-fi for each and every person. I have never seen this. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back again.

My friend in I stayed at this hotel for a week while we recovered from surgery. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The room was nice but a bit small. We stayed in room 205 and the view from our window was a concrete wall so no natural sunlight. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the location of the hotel was good. A big thank you to the lovely staff. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
