Nice clean hotel with not so big rooms, but very confortable. Very hot water in the shower.👍 Very good temperature in the room in winter time 👍 Situated in the center kind of old town with narrow cobbled streets, close to most important tourist attractions. Friendly staff Rich breakfast Room cleaning every day with fresh towels ❤️

Rooms are okay but quite small hence I gave it 4 star. Location is perfect, very close to most of the tourist attractions and public transportation so expect it will be noisy until midnight. But not that noisy that you won’t be able to sleep, well as for me. Staff are all nice plus we will be greeted every morning by your breakfast buddy 😊

This is not your Hilton or Intercontinental. This is a cozy warm place. The location is amazing for sight seeing and shopping. The hotel staff are fantastic, smiles and assistance every step. The location is amazing. The service is on point. Room service team are lovely to speak to. The main person that has all the lime light and service is Kristina/ Christina. I walked in earlier than the agreed checkin time. She accommodated me with a big smile, arranged my laundry, booked my car for the airport. Made sure everything I needed was there for me. The hotel is safe. Always except the car service from the hotel for the airport transfer, it will make a big difference.

I brought my mom to Istanbul and we absolutely loved our stay here. Kristina, the receptionist, was so friendly, helpful and amazing! The location is great for walking to the nearby tourist attractions and there is a tram stop next to the hotel to get to other attractions. We signed up for the spa package and really enjoyed it. The facilities were very clean. I highly recommend staying here!

What a horrendous stay that was! Wifi doesn’t work on the top floor. Intercom was not working at the arrival. Shower head was broken. Bathrooms are of the size of a matchbox and so are their rooms. Rooms look bigger in pictures but they couldnt accommodate anything else apart from the bed. We just got a small space to hang our 5 garments. They couldn’t even fit in a wardrobe in the room. There is only one electric point. So you can either use a kettle or fridge. Kettle is filthy and dirty and fridge is rusty n mouldy. Walls are too thin and you can hear practically conversations of every room on the floor. While we left for the day for our sight seeing, we requested for room cleaning but that wasnt done either. The room key did not work proper and we were locked out of our rooms several times. If all this wasn’t disappointing enough, we had to go through the painful sight of the breakfast. Such cheap food and spoilt cheese. Everything was cold, shabby and cheap i truly felt few items unfit for human consumption. I resorted to boiled eggs on 1 day and other days I chose to skip it completely. Hamam is again a small room that looks like a century old prison where prisoners are tortured! We tried to communicate our disappointment, but we were told that at least they offer free tea all day in the hotel, so i guess we can forget all the lack in every small and big aspects just over free tea that you practically get free everywhere in Turkey after meals anyway! Locality is good in-terms of accessibility to key landmarks but again its surrounded by over priced restaurants and shops waiting to scam you at the drop of ur hat! All in all service, hospitality, rooms, food, absolutely nothing is even close to average or justifies the money they charge. I have no doubts in calling this property a Tourist trap and scam!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
