Came here for a birthday weekend. It was a nice hotel, but overpriced for what was offered. I have stayed in nicer places for the equivalent. Okay so the pros….location is great, room was very spacious and bathroom was amazing; staff was very friendly and accommodating; balcony was a nice addition although it was standing room only, they could put stools out there, which they should. . Now for the cons, rooftop bar was a nice little spot but outdoor area was not large at all, and all the reviews you hear about the music are true, you hear the club going to wee hours of the morning, soundproofing needs to be addressed. We were on the 5th floor and you could clearly hear everything on the 7th. Honestly, this hotel is good for party goers , but I would not recommend for families or business travel. It was not really a “restful” stay, more of a fun upbeat place good for a certain crowd or celebration event. I gave it four stars mainly for the room itself or it would have been three. Also the staff was really accommodating. Just a few tweaks could change things.

Awesome, hip hotel in a great part of the LES. Our initial room was not available upon check-in, and the INCREDIBLY friendly front desk staff worked to get us an upgrade without question. This went far above and beyond what we would have expected from the situation, yet staff seemed incredibly happy to do just that - go above and beyond. The building, pool, room, club, etc. were all also great and worthy of 5 stars, but the staff put this place over the top.

I’m giving 2 stars mainly due to the nightclub on L7. We stayed on L4 and were told we wouldn’t hear it. You can hear it even with ear plugs. Would not recommend staying here unless you plan to go out every night. It’s a shame as the staff were friendly, location convenient and room/bathroom size was great. Recommend others to be wary of the noise from the club that’s bang in right middle level unless you’re in a PH.

Where does one begin? From false advertising a room to empty promises of a complimentary champagne bottle during a special weekend in NYC when I got engaged I would stay far away from this place. Not only was the experience horrible and the empty extra accommodations not fulfilled but they went on to charge me $35 per day for some sort of customer service fee when not only did they not meet the expectations but completely missed them by a long shot. Do yourself a favor and book any other hotel on the lower East side. Your money would be well spent elsewhere. One of the worst hotel experiences in my 36 years of being on planet earth.

Trying to be trendy, but getting tired. We were in room 302 the pool is on 3, the restaurant and bar were below us on floor 2, the nightclub is up on the 7th floor. You need to leave your air conditioning on fan (for white noise ) all night long because street noise and the club make sleeping a little bit of a challenge. The bathroom is essentially a glass structure in the middle of the room attempting to let light into the shower. Unfortunately glass is quite reflective for sound so it exacerbates noise. You hear your neighbors showering and shaving. The lobby has a modern vibe with dark colors unfortunately elevators are often broken hurting the vibe. All in I rate it a B- for atmosphere and condition.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
