The bathroom was super dirty, the toilet was disgusting, even if there was a band saying “sanitized” on the toilet I think it had not been touched by a cleaning rag! Due to power cut we had no electricity but they gave us many candles, which was fine! Breakfast at the pub was included and okay, and at the departure date they ordered Uber eats for us because we left early at 7:30. Pub was fun with live music but we were nearly the only customers, but had fun and cold beer anyways. For young non sophisticated people a good spot, but I think we’re getting too old for this. (28 & 28 y/o)

The room wasn't what we expected. It was really unclean and grim, we felt like in a prison room or something, something about that room makes you feel uncomfortable. Although considering how much we paid and the hotel next to it, I could understand. The staff was helpful, they were talking to other Sri Lankans if we needed. One night we went to the pub upstairs to enjoy the happy hour but took more than an hour to get our drinks. Should have just order beers. Also the food order wasn't right, they forgot my friend food. Also took an hour. The consistency of the food is not there, from one night to an other it was tasting different. I feel like the staff is not trained properly. Preferred going to the hostel next door.

Sizzlers was a stop on our trip in kandy, the staff were so friendly and attentive:) They had great drinks and cold beer after our day walking and fun atmosphere with lively music. Also recommend the chicken kottu, it was very tasty! We will definitely come back :)

Really friendly and helpfull owners and staff, amazing pool and clean room. They also have a cool pub just next to it with a lot of different drinks :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
