        Not as close to the airport as I had hoped. The service was very good. But the place seemed unclean. That made me feel uncomfortable. The price I paid for the room was cheap but I ended up regretting not spending a little more for a closer hotel to the airport and one that was cleaner.

        Well this place is a classic example of great photos online, but in reality it is a grim little dive of a hotel, in a very boring location. The one upside is the great restaurant out the back, operated by a charming and polite man. My room was filthy, with what appeared to be semen stains on the wall beside the bed. Corridors never vacuumed, and overall a very disappointing short stay. If you're on a strict budget, it's for you. Otherwise, spend some cash and stay elsewhere!

        The images in the web don’t do this hole in the wall justice, t’s horrid. The first room had a broken window with no handle. This place needs a total remodel. The staff is nice but it’s a 15 min walk to the train station.

        Classic scenario: going to London to catch a flight. No big ambitions on my end for the hotel: a place to spend the night and have a shower. What a night though... I had the single-bed room shown on the website gallery: let's say that their picture is taken from a very specific point of view, using surgical precision for the angle, because as soon as you look around, reality says otherwise. I do not need to describe the room myself, the pictures I took say enough. In a nutshell: this "5-star room" reaches a point where it is bad beyond scandalous: somehow, almost becoming funny. Also, in this review we will assume this bedroom is an exception and is the only one they have of such appalling quality. Now, the staff is cheerful and visibly making efforts to provide what might be seen as somewhat remotely acceptable answers to admittedly embarassing questions, mostly about the cleanliness of the place. To keep it short and give only one example: the years worth of mould on walls "maybe due to the rain from yesterday", no need to comment further. On a different note, when I asked reception if they had cuttlery, as none was provided in the room, they kindly gave me a plastic spoon. Likewise, when I indicated that the shampoo / shower gel dispenser in the shower had not been filled and was empty, they gave me some. At the end of the day, some shampoo and a plastic spoon cannot really make up for everything either. When thinking about the location itself, it is rather convenient: there is an ASDA superstore 15-min away by walk and the Heathrow airport 40 minutes away by bus. To conclude, let's try to be fair: when paying £45 for a night in the "London area", 5 stars or not; the quality provided cannot be of unreasonably high standards. However, one could argue said standards should not be, and maybe actually are not, allowed to get that low either. Overall, I give it 1-star because the blatant lack of cleanliness in the room understandbly outweighs everything else, all the more for a "5-star" hotel.

        The team of SK Heathrow hotel is very cooperative I had best experience in this hotel first of all this hotel is near the airport which is easier to me to find the location...Staff of this hotel is very helpful and good nature.In this hotel I get many facilities such as free parking & wifi connection and breakfast
