We booked this hotel as it is a 15 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia and a 10 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. The room size was perfect for us and it was clean and tidy. The AC was functioning as well as the TV. Apart from the thin walls of which you can hear people talking, the service was excellent and the staff members were super friendly! The terrace has amazing views which we couldn’t get enough of when eating our breakfast. Overall, the experience was lovely and we would book again in the future.

We went in off season, so there was construction going on next door (and in about 50% of Istanbul), but it’s about a 10 min walk from the grand bazaar, 10 min from the “blue mosque “, nice restaurants around, a lot of convenience stores, 50 m from an ATM (cash is king in Istanbul). Nice rooftop restaurant (try the cheeseburger!) and bar with super friendly staff - above and below. The reception staff are phenomenal! - shout out to Natie, who made the stay so much more enjoyable! Cafe downstairs with great western coffees. Delicious breakfast and a ginger cat in the smoking area. I’ll stay here again. The rooms are a bit crowded, but this is Istanbul! No need to stay in your room when there is a cultural rich city to explore!

This is not a 4-star hotel. The staff is nice and the rooms are clean but that's it. The rooms look very cheap with lots of little marks on the walls and floors. The bathroom smelled very strongly of humidity. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the neighbours just talking in their rooms, not shouting, just casually chatting. There were no opening times for the spa so we asked reception at 6pm if we could use the facilities and they turned it all on and left. It felt abandoned and not in a good shape. The breakfast buffet was okay but the quality and variety was very uneven from day to day or time to time. The area around the hotel isn't very nice and while it is close to some tourist attractions, it is very steep. Overall it's a good option if you're on a tight budget but if you're looking for a real 4-star hotel that's not it.

Good location within walking distance (up a steep hill) to the key sights. Staff here are fantastic; friendly and helpful. People complaining on Google that it's not a 4-star hotel need to understand that the star rating system is based on facilities offered, not whether hotel is luxury or requires a refurbishment. There's a restaurant here and a number of items in the rooms, which means it's 4 stars. We dined at the restaurant for dinner and it's more European food like pasta, pizza and burgers but it was very tasty. Breakfast was good; lots of choice. There's some good views from the terrace. I asked for a quiet room and our room was at the back of the hotel and a neighbouring room's air conditioning unit was really noisy. I put my earplugs in but could still hear the loud humming, which sounded like a generator. We didn't complain because we assumed all the rooms would also be noisy and we were only staying two nights. However, the loud humming noise would mean I wouldn't stay here again.

I wish our room remotely resembled the pictures. To be fair, we wanted a family double room so the choice was slim. Our "view" was an alleyway....a filthy decrepit alleyway. That being all said, the charm of the staff, the food and the central location made up for it all. We only had 2 nights, the mattress was comfortable and it was all spotlessly clean

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
