I did a last-minute booking for 1 night via agoda. Deposit can be made by cash or transfer to the receptionist. There is plenty of parking but roadside parking. There is a lift and staircase to the 2nd floor. Room condition is not exactly as pictured. At least cheap, air-conditioning and water heater still functioning. Bed is very noisy even with slight movement. 😅 worth the money for short stay.

Dear hotel skudai kindly ask the property to refund my money back. The room was terrible and when I went to the property the receptionist said can pay directly so I can get more cheaper price . And one more thing the room condition was disgusting..dirty towel, no shower cream ...ants and the most terrific thing is this.... creature....(worm) when I complain to receptionist he blame me for complaining....about this ...he said I should adjust with this matter ... When I ask him to change my room he said cannot ...because of this I forced to leave at night to find new hotel. Waste of time and money ....in Agoda app ... It's shows Agoda preferred hotel .... Is this what u expecting to customer experience....pls refund my money ....

The room is clean, but not so spacious. While the air conditioner are in good service, the TV only good at 2 channels. However, for a simple stay, I choose this hotel because it's good enough for a family who wants to save their budget.

The room have air condition problem,leaking.This hotel got lift and place to refill water.The hotel is close to Tun Aminah Sentral bus.The hotel also surrounding by Indian restaurant,Shop and not far from Mydin Mall.The staff is super friendly.The hotel also only 1km from UTM.I stay at this hotel during my graduation day.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
