My experience at the hotel was absolutely unacceptable. Dealing with a seemingly intoxicated receptionist already set a low standard, but the state of uncleanliness further points to a serious neglect of basic hospitality norms. The most outrageous part of your stay was the terrifying incident in the middle of the night. It's inexcusable for a hotel to compromise its guests' safety and privacy to such an extent. This indicates a gross mismanagement and a complete failure of the hotel's system. Not being able to sleep or feel safe after such a harrowing experience is entirely justified. It's clear that this establishment not only failed in providing the basic services expected of a hotel but also showed a shocking disregard for guest security and comfort. This kind of negligence is more than just poor service; it's a total breach of trust and professional responsibility.

Great stay in the heart of Flushing China town. Great staff, the gentleman Arpan Virk from the front desk was very friendly and made great suggestions regarding the night life in the area. I definitely recommend this place 👍🏽

Love staying in Flushing, but there are way better hotel options. Room was ok. The walls are absolutely paper thin, so you constantly hear street noise, planes, or hotel workers that blast music at all hours. Slept terribly every single night because of it. Service is a joke. Workers are insanely unprofessional. They offer hourly stays so sketchy people were coming in at all hours of the night and you can imagine the noises I heard. The price is cheap, and the experience reflects it. I would only stay here again out of sheer necessity. It is NOT a hotel you want to be at to spend a vacation. This place sucks.

I had stayed here after a late night arrival flight. It was the last room left and by the outside I did not know what to think, but the inside was good. It wasn’t dirty and I did not see not one bug in sight(biggest fear in hotels!)The smell of the hotel and room isn’t necessarily stinky, but has a strong smell. One of the only things I felt like could’ve been different, even though the staff probably had little-no control over was the pricing. I ended up going to the hotel because a lot of hotels were sold out, and it was 3 something, almost $400. Not worth that to me, but it was a good stay and the staff were friendly and quick assisting. I’d come back.

We had to book at this location due to 2 flight cancelations, its close to Laguardia Airport. the rooms are very good and the service is very good too. Gary and the other staff were amazing they did their best to offer the best price and help. sorry if I forgot the names of the other staff but I still remember how polite, helpful and professional those staff were. all the best to this hotel. my advice is to make more improvements in order to win more customers and good reviews.
