If you are planning for a homely friendly stay in the beautiful southern part of Sri Lanka, look no further than Sky Residencies, Hikkaduwa! The greenish eco-friendly environment around the restaurant symbolises the rich Sri Lankan charm. The surrounding of the apartment was warm and inviting, of course in some evenings, when we were relaxing in the verandah, we could witness the beautiful peacock dancing. The apartment has its unique elegant design with every amenity you could want for a comfy stay. It was also spacious, so clean, pleasantly bright and well-kept at all times. The owner (Mr Sameera Panditharathna) and his family deserve all respect and thanks for being a true sample of excellent hospitality! We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived as they were ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. They made us feel like part of their family and extended amazing support in every need of our visit such as in initial transportation to the city. So, this was a big plus. Particularly, the owner’s wife (Dr Krishanthi Siriwardhana) who is a well-experienced medical doctor helped us immensely with health tips and medications we needed. They were such warm personalities! It had everything we could wish for and was beyond our expectations. Thank you very much! Will recommend Sky Residencies to our colleagues!

Greate, calm place. It's placed not too far from the beach Hikkaduwa, but here it's quiet enough) If you want to cook for yourself, this is the place for you. Or you can walk about 1 km, and you will be at Hikkaduwa, with its shops, bars, restaurants. This place is happy medium between noisy club life and tranquil family rest)

Nice place. The silence is broken only by the singing of birds, the mooing of a cow, or the cry of a peacock as it walks around the yard. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine. The owners are very nice, helpful people. On the one hand, they are very concerned about maintaining the privacy of their guests, but at the same time you feel that you are the most welcome guest. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised; our hosts brought us a festive lunch when they celebrated their religious holiday. The owner of Sameera was always in touch and ready to help with any questions. It costs a lot! Many thanks for your hospitality and help in all matters.
