We stayed at Skye Suites for the weekend. We were greeted by professional staff and check in was simple. Our room was spacious with a balcony. The view wasn’t great due to construction on the other side of the road. The room had everything we needed. The pool and spa was my favourite part of the weekend. It is super quiet and peaceful in there. Checkout is a superb time 11:00am, we didn’t have to rush to leave. We would definitely come back here again.

This lived up to the expectations of all the glowing reviews. I almost want it to remain a best kept secret - it's that good. The staff are exceptional and a credit to the organisation. We booked a 2 bed apartment and were upgraded to one with a balcony which included the minibar. Staying for 3 nights for a mini vacay in the city, the hotel proved to be the perfect place to base ourselves and come back to each night to sleep on those comfortable beds with all the amenities you need. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this was also of a high standard. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Cannot say enough nice things about our stay here. We ended up here after a booked hotel ended in tears. We called, and despite being booked out online for our stay dates, they worked really hard and found a room for us for 5/9 nights. Later they informed us they were were able to keep us in the same room for all 9 nights. Without exception the service was efficient, polite and professional. They gave us cold bottled water when we arrived a bit stressed late at night, and were kind to our grumpy toddler. They even arranged a room with a single bed for her, even though we just paid for a one bedroom apartment. The location is brilliant, can walk to everything. The rooms and modern and clean, and the amenities great if you're having a longer stay. There's nice coffee and food nearby. Highly recommend!

All in all, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Staff all amazing and rooms were a very good standard. Only criticism were the pillows. They were challenging to say the least. Gym is small but sufficient for an easy workout. Pool looked decent although I didn't use it. Please note, hotel apartments only go up to 9th floor. Above this are resident apartments only. Felt this was a shame as I didn't see this info before booking and was really looking for higher floor. However, noise was low on the 9th

Absolutely hands down the best hotel in sydney. We have stayed here on several occasions ,from the multiple calls they receive from me leading up to our stay they were nothing but accommodating to all my calls and most likely crazy questions , to the minute we arrived and were greeted once again from the amazing front of house staff, nothing was a problem. They allowed us to check in early, they sent someone to help us with all the balloons and huge amount of bags we had and were just kind wonderful people. All these things aside it was all the small things that meant so much. It was the constant buckets of ice delivered to our room to help with an injury a family member had sustained during a day out, it was the tw they took each morning to ask my 9 year old niece how her day was each day. And the time they took to listen to her tell them all about the letter we had received from Santa, and it was the lovely letter from the hotel manager welcoming us back to the hotel waiting in our room on arrival. Simply a delightful stay every time with fabulous kind staff who make you feel super special.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
