What a beautiful hotel. Once you’re inside you will feel in a completely different world. Very well decorated. The rooms are so spacious and very clean. The breakfast room was superbly well decorated. I just want my house to look like that one day. The pool in the rooftop is fantastic. Totally recommend

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sky Nest Residences by City Blue and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Firstly, the staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, they were extremely welcoming and attentive. They made sure all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their level of professionalism and friendliness truly set this hotel apart from others I have stayed at. Moving on to the hotel itself, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, providing me with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a restful sleep throughout my stay. Additionally, the amenities provided by Sky Nest Residences were top-notch. The hotel offered a wide range of facilities including a fitness center, spa, and a stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the city. I made sure to take advantage of these amenities and I was not disappointed. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant. The menu had a great variety of dishes to choose from and the quality of the food was exceptional. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I was always satisfied with the meals I had. Overall, I cannot recommend Sky Nest Residences by City Blue enough. From the fantastic staff to the clean and comfortable rooms, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a memorable stay in a beautiful and well-maintained hotel, this is the place to be.

Clean apartment with kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Lounge area with outdoor having a small balcony with comfy seating. Generally clean and great location however a shame there was no breakfast served, other than a coffee shop at reception. Fabulous rooftop bar and amazing restaurant (Slate) with quality food, which we have recommended to friends

Modern, clean accommodation with sweeping views of Nairobi from the rooftop pool (with a bar) and lawn. Basic gym as well. Security and management are kind and there’s a convenience store for basics adjacent to the lobby. I enjoyed my stay here.

Excellent location but do not stay on the side of the building where Kenrail mall is. Especially if you have children. Loud music from a club until wee hours of the morning. Also note all 2 bedroom apartments are not the same size including balcony. We stayed through several Airbnb offerings.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
