They are literary put us to sleep comfortably when we traveling in southern Thailand. We have expect to much from the rate but we get spacious guesthouse lobby and welcome drink. We immediately felt a modern aura when we entered this guest house, from the layout and decoration. After a fast check-in process we were immediately escorted to the 4th floor room. They have an elevator! After a few days of going up and down stairs, in and out of the 'jungle', I really enjoy this facility. The bedroom has cutely decoration, and most important thing is that the cupboard is big so you are free to put things without having to scramble or spread them on the bed. The lack from our room is face the road so they are directly exposed from sunlight. If you plan to staying at room on daytime, choose an air-conditioned room. If didn't, be prepared to sweat in it. Actually we also get free breakfast. But because they starting served at 7 am, while we checked out 1 hour earlier, we didn't have time to review the menu. One more thing, motorbike rental is beside the guesthouse so you will be even more pleasant while staying here.

Caring, nice and very hospitable staff. Free WiFi (high speed). Air-conditioned room. Good price. Free drinking water. Clean room and environment. Toilets are cleaned everyday and smells nice. Had SmartTV in my room and enjoyed watching blockbuster movies. I had a swell time..

I stayed here for 4 nights and found it very good value for money - clean, comfy and only 5 mins walk to bus Terminal 1 and Old Town. I took a fan room for 350B per night and appreciated the fact that the window can be left open 24/7 for fresh air without security concerns. The lift was most handy as I had 20kgs and my room was on the 4th floor.

Very cheap for the facilities that are provided, the Fan Rooms doesn't do the job the room turns into an oven during the day and night as outside is much cooler. Room accessories exclude toothbrush and electric kettle. Tv options are broad but many are blurry and in Thai. They do provide free bottled water that are replaced daily when the room is cleaned and maid does a great job. There is a free coffee station downstairs plus a coin slotted washing machine. Location is perfect, Staff are Nice and helpful.

The twin room was great and the bathroom was extremely large! Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The location is great with plenty of restaurants around including a few markets. The fan in our room didn't help much at all, would recommend spending a little extra on an air-conditioned room. Overall good value for money and would stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
