Stayed here due to it's proximity to Midway airport... NEVER again. To say this hotel is dirty would be an understatement. The bedsheets were clearly extremely old and should have been tossed about 200 washes ago. The carpets old and dingy, and the housekeeping staff clearly does not vacuum. The only clean part of the room was the shower. All this was bad enough, but to top it off the neighboring room were up all night yelling and slamming doors. We were on the first floor, so clearly the front desk heard it but chose to do nothing about it. This hotel needs to be closed and torn down... it is disgusting. Spend the extra $60 and stay ANYWHERE else.

Standard Sleep Inn. My room was clean (shower, no tub). The bed was comfortable. There's a gym, but no pool. The breakfast was actually pretty good as far as hotels go. Still have the full pre-COVID menu (not just yogurt and bagels and coffee)

Me and my baby girl stayed there Monday 10/23/2023 in room 102 I had a flight late Tuesday and it wasn’t to far from the airport horrible decision. When I got home I noticed my daughter had several bites on her hand took her to urgent care and they confirmed they were bed bug bites! My daughter is 1 and I’m pissed they haven’t called to even apologized for the incident! I called the hotel last week and have not heard back from a manager in regards to this situation. Be careful and please check bedding when staying in hotels! Thankfully we haven’t had issues since being home but bed bugs travel! UPDATE: it’s December 5th, 2023 and no one has reached out to me at that location to even apologize or even offer a refund I’ve called numerous times and could not speak to the manager. I Paid $100 for one night. There are better hotels in the area pay a little extra for better service and also not risking getting bitten by bed bugs or bringing them home. Thankfully we haven’t had problems since being home.

I stayed here for 2 nights because my freaking Frontier flight was cancelled due to thunderstorm.. The hotel room is decent, clean and minimal. Hope they offer disposal slippers. Shower force is strong which is nice. I stayed at a room facing the inside road parking lot which is quiet. Mattress is good and pillow could be harder. I managed to sleep like a pig. It is a 2 star hotel and so don't expect lavish decoration and world class facility. It has a small gym and offered basic continental breakfast. There is also shuttle service to hotel which is only a few min to the airport. If you are looking for a reasonably price hotel near the airport, this is a good option.

A good option for a night if you have a flight. Close to Midway Airport with free-shuttle service from and to it. Clean and simple rooms to rest. Nice personnel and acceptable breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
