[1] Location: 5/5. Very close to Sungkyunkwan university. [2] Price: 5/5. VERY affordable considering its location. [3] Internet: 3/5 Unstable, sometimes disconnect by itself. [4] Soundproof: 2/5. Can hear the sound from other room or corridor. Can also hear the sound from the street easily. Woken up by the noise from the street more than one time during my starly. [5] Room: 4/5. Many electric outlets. 2 USB ports for charging. The bed was comfortable. The sound coming from the refrigerator was rather noisy; it even woke me up on at least one occasion. [6] Bathroom: 3/5 The design of the bathroom was poor; water from the showerhead could flow into the area near the toilet and takes a long time to dry. On the first day of my stay, the toilet's drain was clogged, causing water to drain slowly and flood the room when I showered. No slippers. [7] Staff: 4.5/5 The staff was helpful. However, there is no staff in the hotel between 10pm and 10am, suggesting that no one could help if you encounter any problem of your room during this time.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I didn't actually get to stay here because I had to fight with the owner and receptionist about getting my money back. I originally booked through Airbnb and after some messaging back and forth I hadn't realized that the cancellation policy had been changed on the listing I was messaging about. They changed it so that if I canceled I would only get 50% of my money back (and I was booking for 3 weeks so you can imagine that was a lot of money) whereas the other listings you could get a full refund if you cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. I had to get a Korean friend to help me argue with the receptionist after he ignored multiple messages I sent asking for them to cancel my stay which I sent more than 24 hours before my stay was supposed to start. Instead of approving my request to change the dates of my stay (which I requested so I could then cancel and get my full refund back) he kept saying he was unable to do anything, which we later knew to be untrue because he did approve my change of dates right in front of us. Shady establishment, owners, and reception. Would definitely stay away.

To the girlie sitting at the reception - don't worry, you've done well, your English is good, I'm sure you'll get comfortable soon enought with it. :) Anyways, I'm keping the long review for Booking, so here are just a few main points: the rooms were exactly as advertised, the whole building / café / hotel has very artsy / industrial look. Everything was provided as promised, the robes, toothbrushes, tea, etc. We had view into the edge of the palace area. This hotel is perfect for a weekend stay to get around to see stuff and try restaurants.

As of today, the neighbors are under the construction, creating loud noises. The room was quite small, and the AC definitely needs to be cleaned since it smells musty.

Good location, right next to Sungkyunkwan university, and many shops around it, but also quiet. Cozy room and great service. A bit pricey tho.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
