Our apartment was enormous compared to what we expected. Very well kitted out, fantastic location. Decor was modern and functional, AC worked really well, showers were great. Would definitely stay again. We were a family with 2 young kids and it worked well for them.

Excellent value in a great location. We stayed for two weeks in the ground floor one bedroom apartment. The bedroom is in the back and is a sensory deprivation chamber with the shutters down. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a clothes washing machine. No clothes dryer. The bathroom has a full flow shower with scalding hot water. The staff is attentive and charming. Nitpicks are the thermostat is complex and ineffective. The sleeper sofa is uncomfortable. The radiator comes on at odd times and is apparently not connected to the thermostat. You need internet connection to open the key locker in the lobby. There’s no luggage storage on site. Recommended.

The apartment is super comfortable and very well equipped: washing machine, toaster, smart TV, hair dryer, coffee maker, etc. Your shower has an excellent level of pressure and the temperature is perfect. The location is excellent, full of connectivity with public transport. We were on the ground floor with a window facing the street and we practically couldn't hear anything. We arrived before check in, and they let us store our suitcases in chuecas slow suites where they have several lockers. They have two telephone lines, one for normal hours and another for emergencies. There is a reception that functions as a kind of office on the ground floor, with which we have hardly had any contact. As criticisms: the heating is very high and at night it turned on by itself. Which caused us to sometimes wake up from the heat. Surely this is something that can be solved if you talk to reception. And on the other hand, the sofa bed is comfortable, but it made a lot of noise. In short, for its price, location and comfort it is a highly recommended place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
