We just arrived at the hotel. Terrible depressing rooms. There is no connection between the atmosphere reflected in images posted on the Internet and reality. They publish photos from camera angles that are very flattering to rooms that look spacious and bright, and the front of a beautiful hotel that faces the street and allegedly represents a "city view." In practice? Small dark rooms with windows for aisle / staircase. Horror. The service is very bad, not answering emails. We called and asked someone to upgrade the room for a fee, but there was simply no one to talk to - I was sent an email, promised to talk to the owner, hung up and disappeared .... We called again and there was no answer. Then we received an email that they were sorry. To this hotel. I am considering suing them.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom interior apartment with 4 beds. We arrived late and accessed with the code without problem. Everything correct in cleaning sheets, towels, bathroom and kitchen. Enough space, boiler heating and comfort. We also left the car 24 hours a day in the Fuencarral Centro parking lot and took the opportunity to walk around the area since the apartments are very well located.

Large, clean, very modern apartment with all comforts. A stone's throw from the Bilbao metro station which takes you directly to the centre. I highly recommend it.

Very well located, very spacious and clean. The contact telephone number is always attentive and friendly. To improve the condition of the mattresses and something that eliminates the light (type blinds) because there is a lot of it. You can also hear a lot of noise from the street and all kinds of sirens.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
