Hotel reception staff was very friendly when we arrived early and asked for early checked in with good view, she picked a room that me and my friend totally enjoyed. We could see Hollywood sign from the room! Beds were comfortable and the bath tub was my favourite! Coffee machine makes cafe style coffee! It was very fragrant. The surrounding of hotel feels safe and within walking distance there is super market Traders Joe if we need anything. Walking distance to Beverly centre and some shopping area so if we are not bothered to do touristy things we had a choice to keep ourselves occupied. The free drop off service made us feel like superstar walking down the red carpet to board the vehicle! I am totally impressed with Marriott luxury series hotel SLS! I would recommend my family and friends to stay here if they visit LA! By the way I like their mascot or logo…monkeys. Dun ask me why but I just like the monkey, the pig and the horse that I saw around the hotel.

I was shocked from the start that this is a 5 star hotel. The staff was so unprofessional. The hotel DOES incorrectly charge you for random things as other reviews suggested. People are not exaggerating. I got charged $210 for valet parking and I did not even have a car. They then said they would call me by end of day with an update on resolution and I did not hear back from them at all. The design is not that of a 5-star hotel. The pool is below average for a 5-star hotel. etc. etc. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Had the pleasure of staying there for the night. From accommodating my feather allergies before my late arrival of 10:30pm (flying in from east coast) to receiving a warm welcome when we arrived from the front desk as well as all the front of house staff that was on shift at that time all aces. Breakfast the next morning was even better the staff was super pleasant and accommodating. Wish it was closer to my final destination would have loved to spend some more time there. Would highly recommend

Staff are friendly but service is a disaster. Left room at 9am. Retuned at 3pm still not cleaned. They gave some excuse but its basically just sloppy management. Restaurant is disorganized and hostess has no idea what service means. Told her we were in a hurry. Sat us at a table she said had a waitress that was less busy so would be faster. Server took order of people who sat beside us and AFTER us first. Told hostess who was clueless about how to resolve issue. Hard product showing age. Update: after bringing the above issues to the attention of management, they reached out and proposed multiple solutions which were satisfactory.

For what it claims to be, it's not all that. The service is really lacking. The rooms are a bit dated. The breakfast in the morning was way overpriced and at one point we ended up having to stand up and wave a waiter down to get more coffee. Valet parking is $70. I get the parking is a premium but it's not that exclusive an address. Overall, it would have cost less to stay someplace nicer that had better service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
