Its the hostel to be in ;) Remember its a party hostel so it is a little loud. We stayed with my friends twice in there had such a amazing time. Leah is great and very helpful all the staff is very nice. You can book tours and buses with them. The place feels so welcoming that we spend a lot of time chilling in the hostel and its easy to make a big group of people to see the island with and chill at night. Can’t wait to go back ❤️

Cant recommend at all, if you want to hear loud music until 8am, door which was broken, sink which was lacking and rude staff that doesn’t even say hello when you pass by come here. the hostel could be nice if the staff was interested in doing anything but they just sit around and do nothing at all. Hopefully you can change something maybe it turns out nice. but if you keep going like this hell na

If you come here make sure to bring your own ear plugs and noise canceling headphones. The club and bars that are on a street over blast music and fake audio of people screaming and cheering from 3am to 6am, so it’s impossible to sleep. This was a really nice hostel, it was very clean and the staff was friendly but I would not recommend staying here if you want to get any sleep. There were multiple people in my room that had to leave halfway through their stay because they weren’t getting any sleep. It was very frustrating. Also keep in mind, at this hostel they tell you that if you leave a 5 star review you get a free shot or a free beer. So keep that in mind when looking at the 5 star reviews, they probably are not real.

The Hostel is like 3 weeks old and really clean. Its such a cute hostel and we sleep/slept in a Tent. The pool is clean too. The staff is amazing and Koh Chang is really beautiful. Its a little bit in the nowhere but that’s the nice part. You can book tours, buy meals and the restaurants in the near are good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
