This hotel is a gem. It is located from a 10-12 minutes walk from the main tram line (4-6) stop, Király Street, with many shops closeby. The area is very quiet and safe. The hotel is well equipped with smart gadgets. The room was very clean, super comfy bed, big desk and a fridge. The bathroom is big, with heated towel rack and clean shower. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and very welcoming. The hotel design is superb, modern and well thought through. We could not find anything that would make us less than 5 stars. Well recommended hotel and will stay here again as soon as we are back in Budapest. Price is very competitive and actually cheaper than a lot of Airbnbs.

We got back 2 weeks ago from staying at Smart hotel we were booking of 5 people & stayed in the hotel apartment, it was clean, had all the amenities we required, very cosy apartment! We asked if there would be veggie options for breakfast during our stay & the hotel made sure there was veggie options for us to eat for breakfast each morning-great service! tasty breakfast & enjoyed the coffee! The hotel staff are friendly & really helpful! The hotel is close by to all main transportation routes -within walking distance- we downloaded the ‘bolt’ taxi app used them to & from the airport & had excellent service from bolt taxis honest & prompt service! ! The trams are super efficient to get around & I also bought a 24 hour day pass through the ‘Budapest Go’ app to do all the main sightseeing - really great app to purchase tickets. There is Lidl closeby which was handy & a nice cafe around the corner (sommer cukrasdza) which charges a fraction for tea/coffee/cakes compared to the coffee places in the tourist areas & good service ..we used the spa facilities twice - relaxing & perfect! All in all we enjoyed our stay here & definitely do recommend booking this hotel!

The best service I've ever had in a hotel. And I've been to quite a lot of hotels. The hotel itself is nice, comfy. Service was amazing, really friendly people that really want to help you. Only downside is we got a room without a window, but it wasn't that much of a bad thing for us.

Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff! The biggest problem was the really bad sound isolation, we could hear everything that was happening in the corridor and the other rooms (including a woman vocalizing in the middle of the night for 20 min while her boyfriend beat the rhythm using the bed as drums).

Stayed in one of the 2 bed apts next to the hotel. Spotlessly clean. Huge apt with 3 huge smart tvs. one in each bedroom and another in living room. 2 bathrooms. Breakfast in hotel was good plenty of options for everyone. Great place. 20 min walk from city center

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
