It was a bit of a struggle to get into the bed as mine was in the middle and the entrance is narrow, but the curtain gave me absolute privacy for sleeping (plus earplug for free!). I have seen cleaning staff several times (the toilets were dirty sometimes but I blame the guests who don't know how to keep a basic hygiene standards). Also my locker was occupied but that is also not the hostels fault (do recommend taking your own lock, I did not think about it).

I loved the hostel's location, although I have to admit the beds were just okay - not too comfortable and quite warm. I wouldn't choose it for a summer stay; I felt like I was in a sauna 😅. The cleaning left something to be desired, and the showers definitely need an upgrade (they even admitted it), plus they weren't as clean as they should be. After a shower, it felt more like a steam room than a refreshing cleanse – you'd start sweating again right away.The kitchen had a not-so-pleasant smell, but it was stocked with everything you might need 😅. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the fellow guests were nice. The location and price were excellent, but the cleanliness and upkeep were lacking.

Best thing about this hostel is that it is the cheapest you can get in central London! Wonderful location and really a calm and quiet hostel! I also liked how they make each bunk a private space by a simple curtain, which I couldn't find in the two other hostels I stayed in central London during my month-long stay there. Everything is quite frequently and regularly cleaned with care. Overall the best budget-stay in Bloomsbury/central London.

Very close to supermarket, buses, British museum, very convenient to go anywhere. Noisy because it's inevitable to have silent moment, people come and go, but I don't have problem sleeping with noise. For people who has problems, then I better think twice. The breakfast was so satisfying, it's 6£, but only milk and eggs and fresh. In a safe neighborhood, easy to walk to the stations I made many friends there. There's kitchen and fridge, you can buy your own tea to use there. Microwave is available. It's like home anyway. It's lack of places in the shower to put you clothes. Or you hang everything on the door which will get wet. Toilet is usually clean. There are many clean ladies.

Was this a horrible experience? No of course not. However, it wasn’t comfortable. The room I was in was unbearably hot, even with a fan and the window open. The bathroom sink was a pain. The cold water had to be held down constantly to run, and the hot water was so hot that you couldn’t use it, and there was essentially no way to use them simultaneously without another person’s help. The people working there were kind and amiable, and it wasn’t too expensive to rent a towel or any amenities one might need. However, if you’re someone who doesn’t sleep well in a hot room, I wouldn’t recommend it. Location was fine though, as it was easy to catch a bus or metro anywhere we needed to go.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
