With a friend we had a painting commission in the night & didn’t know when we will be done. We came to check in at 4 in the morning, got a wonderful room with fantastic soap and delightful shower gel, very comfortable beds, we had a short but very relaxing night. Found the hotel clean, stylish, and the stuff was very kind and helpful. Highly appreciated. Thank you

Small room, but very clean. Be sure to get good directions. It is only a block from an escalator to the train station, but we wandered 30 minutes following GPS before we found the hotel.

We stay one night and find it has issue on the booking. Staff is very helpful and fix all for us. Appreciate very much. Room is very small but clean. They seems just renovated the rooms as outside still of the corridor is very old, but can see they try to keep clean. Aircon not workable so have to open windows but very noisy. Location is Great but price way too high based on the quality of hotel. Again, staffs are friendly and super helpful

WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE! I arrived with two colleagues and was greeted by a friendly front desk clerk. After entering the room I immediately had a funny feeling and lifted the bed sheet. The mattress was crawling with bed bugs. I went to my colleagues room and we discovered the same scenario in all of the other rooms. We left without hesitation. We did not get our money refunded by the hotel! This is still in progress and I will not give up on getting refunded for 3 rooms for 3 nights. You can just imagine... if 3 rooms are full of bugs, the other rooms ave the same issue. I would not expect this in the centre of Munich! Do not stay here if your health matters to you. If you do decide to stay, better make sure you bring heavy-duty ear plugs. The nightclub downstairs will be entertaining you with music until the early hours. WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE! - WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE! - WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great location across from the train station. Staff were friendly and efficient. Elevator was broken the day I arrived and so I had to carry my luggage 4 flights which wasn't great. Also the men's bathroom was out of order so one floor was using one bathroom and there was only one shower on the floor. Despite this I still enjoyed my stay. The room was small, but cozy and bed was decent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
