I liked the parking. It is like an elevator for the car to get to the parking garage. The car was safe there! The room was pretty small, but that wasn’t the problem. The problem is that the room is not clean. Especially the walls were super dirty, mold on the bathroom walls, dust everywhere. The balcony was cute and perfect spot to relax. Downstairs you have a little cafe, but if u take it to go, it is more expensive than if you stay there, so that was weird. But the coffee was good, vegan options as well!

First of all let me explain that the place is great, very affordable, clean, very well equipped. It is everything you're asking for and more of a cheap stay. It's not central so bear in mind it will take you quite a bit to walk to the tram station and then go to city centre. The reason I am giving 2 stars is that we were provided NO check in information of the day of our arrival, even 2 hours before arrival. We called two times, first number never answered. We were anxiously travelling to Budapest. I found a different number and they called me back and finally provided check in info, but I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't called. I hope this was just an one time mistake and doesn't happen regularly.

Nice staff, we got the code to the garage, we also called them before we arrived to make sure, that our parking space is reserved because we arrive late around midnight, and we would like to have a rest after an 11 hour long drive. We got there, but the garage was full… We could not reach anybody… it took 1 hour to find a place where we could leave the car… than we had to bring everything from the car to the hotel because we did not want to leave the bicycles and our stuff in the car that was parked on the street. We went to sleep and there is only one big blanket on the bed , so as my wife moved i woke up and this place made me so mad, that i decided to write a review. Definitely not coming back after an hour texting, calling to make sure that everything is going to be alright. I am totally stressed and tired now. * i modified my review to 3 stars, because the apartment was clean and almost noisless. It was okay.

Well equipped apartment. It even has ironing facilities in the building for free. Also, you get a free welcome coffee at the nearby coffee shop. The internet was blazing fast and we got a surprise room upgrade. Everything looks fresh and clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
