        The main unpleasant problem is the staff that does not solve problems. The lighting in the toilet does not work and the handle of the toilet door is broken. The pan is very old and the coating is badly damaged. The mattress on the couch is generally terrible and it is impossible to sleep. feel the springs. We contacted the administration and they promised to fix the problems. No one solved our problem in four days. Nobody answered our request. They didn't even partially solve the problem. Changing the light bulb and giving me another frying pan so I can cook breakfast is not difficult. But no one did that either. You can hear a lot of noise from the neighbors who run around at night and slam the doors. The soundproofing of the apartment is terrible. I really wanted to call the police.

        Book at smartflats if you like dirty, half-damaged apartments with leaks! They also keep in touch with you very well, so they won't arrange anything even if you have to stay in the wet stench for another week! Top service

        We requested help because a door was left closed by the wind (due to lack of maintenance on the handle). Inside the room we had all our clothes and medications (in addition to the bed for 2 people). When we called the technical service they told us that help was not possible until 10:00 in the morning the next day. They didn't give us any solution and told us that if we called the fire brigade it would be on us. A shame of service.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
