        Absolutely garbage apartment, very spacious but nothing works, including elevator (they expect people to take stairs up 5 floors with luggage), bathroom and hallway lights, heating/cooling. In addition, cleanliness is nonexistent, with leftover hair, dirt, etc in various rooms. Toiletries lacking, no shampoo, etc. Located directly above a nightclub so don't expect to sleep. Customer service is often non responsive and when they are they try their very best to be as unhelpful as possible. Not even worth half of what was paid, avoid at all costs.

        Unfortunately, my experience was awful. Elevator was broken, had to carry heavy luggage 5 floors. Smell in the apartment was of mold and humidity. No electricity in the bathroom, I managed to put a small lamp and the light showed the sink full of beard hair. So, even if location is good, I would never choose to stay here again!

        Smartflats posted misleading information and pictures. I would play it safe and book a hotel or Airbnb. Our experience: we booked Smartflats apartment L42 with 3 bedrooms through Expedia; we didn’t know until we received check in details, but it is in the 7th floor of the building. After a full day of traveling to get to Brussels, we got to the building with our 3 kids and our luggage, and the elevator does not work. We contact the management through WhatsApp. They took their time to answer. We bring our stuff up the 7 flights of stairs. We enter the apartment. The listing pictures are misleading to say the least. The rooms are bare without any decoration except for one that has a painting, the sofas have nasty stains on them, the terrace has a nice table but all the sofas are either missing the cushions to sit in or these are torn and dirty. The apartment walls need a repaint job and the shower curtain needs replacement. The apartment smells dusty. Management answers about elevator. They said it has been broken for a while and that it says so in the description. In Expedia, under the accessibility tab, it says the top floors are reachable only by stairs, not that there is no working elevator for a 7 floor walk up. Anyway, not sure how we would know the apartment was in the 7th floor to begin with at the time of booking. We ask for a refund. We let Smartflats know we are not staying in the apartment in this condition. We move to the nice hotel across the road for all our stay. Smartflats asks for pictures. We send them pictures. No answer. We explain Expedia what happened, send them the pictures, and ask for a refund. After a few days of waiting, they write us that they couldn’t get in contact with Smartflats and so they can’t give us a refund.

        1. The elevator did not work for four days [from Thursday to Monday]. The elevator stopped again working, which forced us to leave earlier and rend a room in another hotel. My wife and I have disabilities, and the stairs were simply too steep to climb. 2. On arrival the room had not been cleaned yet; and when it was cleaned, it was done too swiftly. One could not walk barefooted, for one’s feet would become black. 3. The safe did not work 4. The TV was unplugged, and we required help to connect it. 5. When after midnight, unknown individuals rang our doorbell repeatedly, we called security, but no answer.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
