        I recently stayed at the Hotel Pacific Cafe in Brussels with many problems. The rooms stayed without lights during all my stay and Smartflats didn’t solve my problem. I contacted many times during my stay and they said that they wouldn’t solve the problem, so I stayed with no lights in the room all days. And more, they charged wrong value in my credit card (expensive value). After my stay, I’m trying to contact Smartflats to request a refund, but they don’t answer me in my emails or in chat.

        Run away from this hotel like your life depends on it. When I arrived, there was no one at the place and there were no instructions posted anywhere. I managed to get find their phone number but no one answered it. Then I called my travel agency, but they were also unable to reach anyone. This whole process took 2 hours and meanwhile, I was stranded on the street with my luggage. If my travel agency was not kind enough to offer me a different hotel I would have been homeless for tonight. Put up a tent in a park if you have to but under no circumstances book a room at this hotel.

        Location is the only positive. Bed linen and towels are the basics you expect from a hotel. No toiletries present, but toilet paper. Everything else is very tired. The lose glass door in the shower, tired carpet and curtains. At least we had hot water in our room. Something that, based in other reviews we saw too late, it is not always the case. So we stayed for the night. The electrical installations are of concern. For starters, the card holder was short circuited, making a loud noise, forcing us to remove it, staying only with the single working table light available that we had to move about in the room. As for the head light next to the bed: the one installed was not working and the other was completely off the wall, stored away in a local cabinets, and the cables exposed next to the bed. The energy plug under the sync was loose and not working either. The general impression is that their electrical instalation could short-circuit the whole room at any time. Worse yet, when we informed them, calling and sharing the video, asking for a solution or a different room, they return an answer in the day after saying that “it is not dangerous”, but no solution offered. They attract by their price. They are less expensive, but not worthy. I would not recommend neither I’m coming back.

        The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. While the location and the hotel room was good, getting access was horrible. The code to enter the hotel worked, but when you get to the key box the code given did not work. When called for assistance because the man on the other end of the phone kept talking over me, saying I hadn’t paid the deposit and that I was “entitled” to believe I had booked it even though I hadn’t, he failed to listen to the actual problem….the key code boxes were not in used and that you put your code on the door. I have never dealt with such a passive aggressive and unhelpful human in my life. Luckily another customer had the same issue and then woman he was speaking to was more helpful, and everyone got access in the end. All I can hope is that the gentleman on the phone has to deal with someone as obnoxious as he was in the future.

        Arrived and the room was not clean from the previous occupant. Called them and spoke to a Mohammed who was immediately combative and unhelpful. Asked us for pictures to "prove the room hadn't been cleaned". Upon sending these we got a bounce back email so called again and was reprimanded having not given them enough time... After 4 phone calls with this guy who treated us as if it was our fault he offered us a "solution". Accept a new location or a full refund. This was at 10pm. We asked what the new location was and were told he wasn't telling us unless we accepted it first. When we questioned this we were told "you asked for a solution, I'm giving you one, yes or no" So asked for the refund, walked 30 seconds down the road and checked into the marriot. So if you like sleeping in other people's sheets, complete with body hair (see pics) using other people's towels and showering in a bathroom that hasn't been cleaned after some strangers used it I'd recommend this place. Otherwise I'd say save yourself some misery and look elsewhere.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
