        Terrible check-in experience. Stood outside on the phone for 40 minutes while they tried to get organised then finally allowed in the building when they sent me the wrong keycode 3/4 times. Not what you need. Apart from that the apartment was clean, well decorated and tidy.

        The location was really good and close to the metro station. Also walkable to the top points of Madrid. Really nice a bit hippy area with lot of spanish bar tapas where mostly were only spanish young people. The apartment is big and cozy but need some small renovations. On the pictures looked really new but some furnitures were already quite used. There was lack of glasses (if you are a family) and if you offer an apartment that should be some stuff like sugar, coffee, tee etc. Even in the hotel it is usually provided. We rent lot of apartments on our holidays and there is always sugar, salt, coffee. If you provide a dishwasher and washing machine you should also provide the tabs and washing up liquids. We had to buy everything. There was also no TV pilot. The check in and check out procedures really easy and the staff in the main hotel printed for us boarding passes. Really good stay but a bit problematic for 2 week if you do not have anything to clean and wash by yourself.

        It was a pleasant stay really great location nice apartment with great view from the balcony, I can’t complain maybe just on a lock on the door in the bathroom but the rest wasn’t interrupting and I enjoyed living there Metro and carrefour just 3 minutes away :)

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
