Great location with fantastic restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Apartment was well furnished and stocked with amazing views. Loved the roof top pool and deck. Only reason why I didn’t rate a 5, the place could have been cleaned a bit more according to my standard. Otherwise great hotel.

The most pleasant stay at Smartrental. Great value for money. Very comfortable and well equipped apartments located in the heart of Madrid. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Arian was extraordinary serviceminded and professional. We would love to come back.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days on vacation in June 2018. It was beautiful and seemed perfect for us. The apartment was nicely furnished, great location, and the deck as well as the rooftop were amazing, however we encountered some not great things at our stay here. The shower flooded the entire bathroom every time we took a shower, and even after telling the staff about the problem, they failed to fix the problem and failed to inform us that they were not going to fix it. Also, we found an empty Viagra wrapper in the bedroom that was not ours (which leads me to believe the room was not cleaned from the previous people who stayed there), gross.

I was a guest here in the summer of 2019. I was staying with a group of friends and we were allocated a small but very well designed apartment on a high floor of the building with breathtaking views of Gran Via. There is also a communal terrace on the roof of the building which is accessible for all guests and I think it easily has one of the best views in the whole of the city of Madrid. You should be aware, however, that you wil be charged a €200 deposit on check in which you are not told about at the time of booking. For this reason, and the general unfriendly nature of the staff, I would give it 4 stars but I would return again because of the amazing location and views.

Fantastic location! Almost everything was within walking distance. The rooms were impeccable for a four star rental. We did run into some problems here and there at Gran Via but luckily their friendly staff were kind enough to attend to our needs almost immediately. That's the great thing about this service apartment, it's almost hotel-like in the sense that they have a 24 hour front desk with staff ever--ready to help. Big thank you to Reydel and Alberto for so kindly looking into our needs. Will definitely stay here again!
