I rarely give 5 stars, but I absolutely loved my stay and would recommend to others. Genuinely was sad to check out. 🟢 Great location off a busy street, close to public transit, restaurants, shops, grocery stores. The neighborhood feels commercial, but that's expected. Room/service 🟢 The noise insulation was great. My room was further back, windows facing a side street, so noise wasn't a concern. 🟢 The room matched the photos. They were well maintained, in great condition. 🟢 Shower had great water pressure 🔴 One of the shower doors went off its track and staff didn't notice when resetting the room. I'm glad I caught it and it didn't fall on me. 🟡 The dual shower head and hair dryer weren't intuitive to use. I thought they were broken, so I called reception. Turns out order matters 🙈 🟢 Staff arrived in 10 min to fix the issues with the room on a weekday morning. Small details 🟢 The shower has a small shelf for your toiletries and the shower door fully closes so the floors stay dry when bathing. This was the only hotel out of 3 I stayed in Spain that had these features 😂 🟢 They gave plenty of towels for my stay 🟡 All the towels were folded in the bedroom (easy to forget on the way to the bathroom) and the towel hooks in the bathroom were far from the shower (within reaching distance would have been great). 🟡 The lobby is small and couches uncomfortable, but I imagine they're seldom used

Everything about this place was wonderful!! We splurged and got the room with the balcony and private hot tub. They even included complimentary cheese & crackers, and a bottle of red wine. The hot tub and private balcony was so exciting and was lovely. The bedroom and bed were very comfortable and we had one of the best nights of sleep here (and we visited 3 other hotels in Spain). The staff are friendly, and there's even a beautiful pool and bar / balcony at the top. This hotel really has everything. Even if you don't splurge, it's still a very nice hotel, and a very good area - right on a main touristy road (the Grand Via). I definitely would recommend this place!

This place is a good place to stay in Madrid but some how they should improve the costumer satisfaction fact. I had a very bad experience; one night the ceiling in the bathroom started to leak we couldn’t use it when I told to the reception that they don’t have ability to repair cause there weren’t any employee at the moment. they covered the bathroom with the towels to suck the water leaking. The other day someone fixed the leaking ceiling. But I don’t know if it s a bad luck or what. the other night second bathroom s toilet has clogged. As the same they couldn’t fix it at night and we waited to be fixed the other day. We got very disappointed cause we have rented 3 separate units by friends but I was the only apartment having this problem. I talked the manager of the hotel to have a compensate but she ignored to compensate anything although I asked twice. She offered me a breakfast but this was not the point to make us happy. Because we were in Madrid to explore the city’s restaurants. I was a bit suprised not to be compensated. It doesn’t matter when or where u are if u are in a seriously managed hotel they would do anything to compensate your loss. Because u are paying to have a basic facilities like bathroom and toilets. If there is a problem to use these this has to be compensated. As a result u should know that costumer satisfaction is not a thing in this property
