The hotel is very expensive relative to the hotel service. No help with luggage, nothing to do much around. The rooms looks like bed and breakfast The experience is below expectations The staff are very helpful and quick response

A decent but faded hotell. Ok breakfast in a neighbourhood where one does not park ones car over night. Hotel do hav a garage that is safe. Cool to sleep to ocean waves

Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day. I stayed for 10 days. The liquid soap ran out and I had to beg for a new one because otherwise they don't change it. The breakfast is monotonous.There isn't hot water constant.

Honestly this is a great hotel, location and price! The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because of few things Pros: -Garage in the basement -Wonderful view -Housekeeping lady -Room amenities -Day light front desk team (male and female) Cons: -Elevator out of service when I was there -Wifi not working for quite sometime (can't be assigned an ip address) -Garage (it's in the basement and since the elevator was out of service I was stuck there for quite some time as the only available door was an emergency exit that my American mind didn't want to trigger as I assumed an alarm would go off, I was later told not it's just a door labeled as emergence door) -Night front desk lady

For the money, the best place we found to stay near-ish Rome. The boardwalk has a huge selection of places to eat. The view from the beachfront balcony (ALWAYS get a beachfront balcony, put your kids on the other side, if you have to bring them) was wonderful. The beach was not crowded. The cleaning and food staff were friendly and efficient as was the front desk. They also spoke enough English that those of us who speak no Italian can get by. An unexpected week-long stop, but enjoyable. Even witnessed a triathlon from the boardwalk/beach. Seriously.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
