Fantatic hotel with beautiful pool area. Room had lovely private pool with sunset views. Hotel staff were so kind and accommodating.

Rather disappointed with our stay in this hotel. The positive points: good welcome, very nice swimming pool, good and varied breakfast. The negative points: value for money, soft bedding not great when you have back problems, cleaning staff not very friendly, location not great, too close to traffic, disappointing private pool with view of the road and too close to others room, in short no privacy. The big downside: the employee in charge of maintaining the private pool shows up without warning in the morning going from terrace to terrace and too bad for you if you are naked in your room at that time. Definitely no privacy. In summary, there is much better on Santorini at a lower price

Great hotel, very beautiful, especially the exterior with the large swimming pool with a beautiful view! The staff is attentive and kind, whether at reception or in the restaurant. The only downside is the cleaning lady who doesn't understand a word, and didn't clean the bathroom properly. The shower/bathtub pours water all over the bathroom as soon as you use it, but that doesn't stop the room from being comfortable. I will go back if I come back to Santorini!

We stayed there with 4 people in a villa with a swimming pool overlooking the sunset. The villa was a little aging and could do with some updating (especially the bathroom). It nevertheless remains clean. We would have appreciated our sheets being changed during the 5 days of our stay. It was hot upstairs (despite the air conditioning). Breakfast OK (could do better). The staff is very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is large, with many deck chairs. The hotel could improve the waste recycling part. Since nothing was recycled. Everything was thrown into the same trash can. Damage ... Correct location, 10 minutes from Fira and 10 minutes from the beaches. Overall a small 4/5.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
