The customer service is great though you won't get a kettle for tea/hot water in your room. If you're getting a room for two, make sure you ask for the second towel. Also, don't rely on google maps to get you here. You will end up at a dead end.

Sochati Casa Resorts Located in Kandara Road, Little far from Nairobi City centre, very calm and quite place. its budget resorts and Stayed for 2weeks. They have wonderful lawn and party hall for celebrations. Noteworthy they don't provide Water bottle or Tea / in room. People are friendly but sometimes more eratic, they never bother your request. they do things on own mercu

I recently had the opportunity to visit Sochati casa resort, a serene and affordable resort located in the leafy suburbs of kileleshwa . I was immediately impressed by the resort's tranquil atmosphere and its beautiful grounds. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and has a variety of outdoor spaces where guests can relax and enjoy the fresh air. I toured in one of the resort's standard rooms, which was clean and spacious. The room has everything you might need, including a comfortable bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony with views of the resort grounds. The resort has a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar, and a fitness center. I also had the opportunity to dine at the resort's restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The resort is also a great place to catch a cold beer, go on a date, or just chill out with friends. The bar has a wide selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. Overall, I was very impressed with Sochati Casa Resort. It is a great place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The resort is also affordable, making it a great option for budget-minded travelers. The only suggestion I could make is to invest in a big sign outside as the one currently there can be easily missed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
