Never use hotel transfer! When we were going to the hotel, our driver was arrested. We had to catch a taxi. Hotel manager was sleeping, when we arrived and we knocked on the door for a long time. He made us pay for this terrible transfer!!! Also the terrace from the photos is not for breakfast. You will have breakfast on the ground floor overlooking the parking space.

First things first: It was a pleasant short trip, only one night. The staff, 2 brothers, are friendly and helpful. The location is quiet since it is on a dead end of a small side street. Only 5-10mins walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. The views from the roof terrace are really nice, and staying up there is relaxing. But you have to bring your own stuff, like drinks or food. Smoking is also possible on the terrace or in front of the hotel. It is very cheap, only like 45 Euros per night, and you get also a key for the front door, which makes it flexible. The room is nice and clean, but very small. In my room Nr. 201 it was not possible to open the door to the bathroom full, because the bed is in the way. Speaking of the bed, I really did not like the mattrace because its springs kept peeking my body uncomftorbly. More power sockets would be nice, since there is none which could be reached from the bed, for charging your phone for example. Breakfast was great, including cheese, meat, egg, vegetables,... Etc. All in all, I would recommend the hotel for the budget and for short stays.

The hotels location is nice, however everything else was awful! The price for such a place was too much,. Room for 3 people was so small,with miniature old bathroom with mold,no air inside. It needs a fully renovation!! The towels left were dirty, I asked they to be replaces but they were the same. The beds cover were dirty and old. At the breakfast I realized that the handkerchiefs holder was dirty with spider web..the worst hotel.. Also had to pay for the parking place 15 euros...not recommending at all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
