        Had 3 nights at the Abu Dhabi Corniche. Fabulous hotel. Fantastic location to the Corniche for walking. Abu Dhabi Mall within walking distance as well as other facilities. Having lived in AD for 14 years I know my way around but this is hotel is a great location for first time visitors too. Staff were very helpful and the hotel/room was spotlessly clean. Have booked again for my next trip.

        Clean room, specious and good furniture. Asked specifically for a quiet room, for a gate away for weekend and a celebration of marriage anniversary. The receptionist was so confident saying it is quiet! Constructions going on since early morning. Book a room with sea view, I believe it makes difference.

        The location is good. The public areas look nice but the Imperial Suite is tired and in need of a good clean and a refurbishment. The service is hit and miss, Room Service are difficult to get hold of, their line regularly rings out but the staff who deliver the food are charming and helpful. Same in the All Day Dining restaurant, the service is hit and miss, even in a quiet restaurant it takes the waiter too long to clear the table between trips to the buffet. There is nothing inherently wrong with the hotel, it's passable but they have a way to go before they're on par with other five star hotels within the Sofitel brand such as Sofitel Mumbai or Sofitel St James.

        I booked this stay after I arrived to Abu Dhabi. I saw the place in pictures and figured it would be a good getaway. The room was nice. I did have an issue with dried blood on the sheets. It was very small. I called and they changed the sheets. One to the light fixtures weren’t working. It’s a beautiful room but needs some updating. The bathtub and shower was nice. The grout in the title showed that the place needed a little extra love. It was a cosy, last minute Christmas Eve stay. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The breakfast buffet was one of the best things that I’ve tasted in a long time. I would return again, but I would book a different room.

        Having previously enjoyed stays at various Sofitel hotels across the Middle East, I recently chose the Sofitel Abu Dhabi for my accommodation, expecting the same high standards typical of the chain. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the 5-star quality I anticipated. The most glaring issue was the service. The staff seemed unmotivated and unresponsive, resulting in slow and unsatisfactory service. This was compounded by a dysfunctional phone system, where calls to different services were misdirected to an operator, causing frustrating delays. In-room amenities fell significantly short of expectations. I was dismayed to find expired water bottles, unclean mugs, and outdated technology, including old TVs and an AC system that remained locked at 18°C despite my attempts to adjust it to a more comfortable 23°C. The lack of basic items like an ironing board and iron was surprising and inconvenient. Moreover, the room’s water heater seemed inadequate, providing only lukewarm water in the morning. Entertainment options were severely limited, with only one English channel available (Bloomberg), which does not align with the diverse needs of international guests. As a frequent patron of Sofitel hotels, I am deeply disappointed by the stark contrast in quality and service at the Abu Dhabi location. It falls well below the standard expected of any 5-star establishment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future guests’ experiences.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
