We had a very nice stay. Family of 5. Staff was accommodating & friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Gym is very nice. Inside of building is very esthetically nice looking. Lots of things to do near the hotel (walking distance)

I stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 nights in January, the hotel is lovely and the staff make you feel genuinely welcome. It was my partners birthday and our room was upgraded to one with a sea view and balcony (still warm enough to sit out even in January ) but they also delivered a birthday cake. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed everything about the hotel including breakfast. I travel alot and it is rare to find such hospitality, often it can feel that the staff are looking after the hotel rather than you - but here I felt that I was being looked after.

The Sofitel hotel was truly fantastic from the moment we walked in to the time we had to leave, first of all I want to say the staff and I’m referring to every member of staff that we had interactions with were great and could not do enough for us, very polite and great with my young son. The amenities were extremely good, great parking, gym, bar and restaurants. The location was exactly what we wanted and our room was fabulous, the hotel had been designed very well and it all looks great. Thank you to the Sofitel staff - we will see you again soon.

Great experience at the hotel. It was my second stay. The first time, not long after the opening, there were some glitches for which I had complained a little bit, and now that we came back they really took care of us to ensure everything went perfectly. Rooms are very nice, most importantly service was absolutely perfect. Location is also great. I was afraid it would be a bit far from center for a touristic stay, but actually it's perfect. On the beach and still within walking distance of many sights / shopping and restaurant areas. And to go further away in Barcelona, metro station is just 5 minutes walk. Definitely hope to be back soon.

Stayed for 3 nights in a junior and premier suite and was impressed with the hotel and the willingness of the staff to make the stay a success. Everyone, from check-in, concierge, door staff, room service and the team in the restaurant at breakfast were just first rate. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well located.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
