I visited Frankfurt for a day tour. Check-in was fast and smooth and they upgraded us to a nicer room. I can’t talk about parking but the hotel is located 15 min subway ride from the airport and less than 5 min walk from the station. Breakfast buffet was great and server named Emily was outstanding. We had a park-view room and it was snowing when we arrived so I really enjoyed the view. I also enjoyed the interior design. I enjoyed the mixture of oriental theme and modern western style.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded. We had a magnificent room, complimentary wine and chocolates, turn down service and more. The restaurant served delicious food and the bar staff took cocktails on request that were not on the menu. Hotel staff were lovely helpful and shared local tourist info and sites to check out! Definately can't wait to visit again 🥰

As a loyal repeater guest who has consistently chosen your hotel for its self-proclaimed high-end status, we are compelled to share our disappointments with the recurring reservation problems. Throughout the numerous stays, we have never once received the correct room type, despite making reservations directly and paying in advance. For a hotel that positions itself as a high-end establishment, one would expect a seamless experience. Unfortunately, the reality has been far from it. The service, which should ideally provide a sense of home-like convenience, has been marred by continuous issues. For instance, our repeated requests for a Bed and Breakfast (B&B) stay seem to result in breakfast inclusion only on some nights, leaving us puzzled. Choosing what is considered the best hotel in Frankfurt, we expected a level of professionalism that has unfortunately been lacking in the staff's organizational skills. The frequent issues with room allocation and terms have, regrettably, marred the luxury experience we are expecting.

Delightful experience ! I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, for the Chiefs - Dolphins game. Staff has been amazing (Thanks to Tina for the very friendly and efficient check-in and Olivier for an outstanding room service), the bedding is absolutely a cheat code, I have never ever slept so well in my life. (This is not for nothing that their bed are on sale on internet). Room has been absolutely spotless and clean. I can only recommend this hotel !

The room was nice, but even though the thermostat was set to 18.0C, the actual temperature never dropped below 21.5. One of the bathroom doors had difficulty closing as if the track needed adjustment. Finally, the room is large enough for a King size mattress. Pushing two Twin sized mattresses together just isn't the same thing. Things that I liked: -Quality and quantity of bath towels -Shower (temp and flow) -shampoo -Toto Washlet -Bose radio These may seem like little things but for 570 Euros per night my expectations are a little higher.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
