Hotel room is exactly like in the photos. Hotel room was great! The bed was firm but comfortable, just the way I prefer. Loved the layout of the room and the design of the bathroom area. Just a little disappointed that the toilet stall does not have a hand bidet. Housekeeping was efficient too. Definitely would return!

One of my best hotel experiences ever. The staff were fantastic at every point. Staff at the door were always on point and interested in your day when you returned. Reception were fantastic, not just at check-in, but anytime you had a question and went out of their way to help. Staff in the lounge were so nice and helpful, especially the gent with glasses. The lounge was fantastic and the canapes amazing. The pool was wonderful and the room was such a nice spot. I did have a suite which was such a lovely space, with a brilliant bed, and the room looked after so well be housekeeping. Probably one of my favourite experiences ever at a hotel. I look forward to coming back.

I had a wonderful experiences in Sofitel Damansara. Highly recommended! The room was very pleasant, it was luxury and clean. For the improvement, i hope there are water bidet at the toilet. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. Kudos to cafes breakfast team on 12 October 2023!

It is a great hotel and we had a very good welcome upon arrival every day. The room was pretty good, really spacious and comfortable. The tub is a plus. The housekeepers did an excellent job, the room was always clean. We had to keep the air conditioning always on, even when leaving or it would create a musty smell. We did not receive information about meal times, pool, restaurant location

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
