Great spot, walking distance from the Pharo Palace. Minor problems with bathroom tub and shower temperature + plates were not clean at buffet breakfast. Hard to witness this for a hotel of this standing and price.

Good staff, condition of rooms was good. Breakfast was good as well. One issue was that there were no drawers in the room at all, which was surprising. the phone in the room was not working. Could not use it to call front desk and did not ring for wakeup call. Still the overall experience was good due to staff.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night only on the 26 of October for our wedding anniversary. Despite we checked in late after l'OM match😅 everything was up to our expectation. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room with view on the vieux port, a nice decoration was made on the bed with a little gift prepared by Ewa guest relation. In the evening, room service felt nice with Anthony who took care of my all my request (I am pregnant). Next day during breakfast, our hôtesse d'accueil (I forgot her name my apologie) took great care of our us. Moreover Big thank you to the Lady I spoke on the Phone from the reservation who helped in making our stay outstanding. We shall come back for sure❤️

The whole stay was great, but what stood out was the help and guidance we got from the concierge staff. They were incredible, and when we had a few challenges they had exactly the right answer to keep us on the right track.

It is very nice hotel in Marseille, decorated with cotemporary style, within a walking distance to Marseille port. There are on-site restaurants, bars. There is an outdoor viewing area to enjoy the port view, and its scenery. Like the bell services to hold guest belonging while waiting for room or hanging-over after checkout.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
