Great location directly next to the main train station which made it so easy to explore Munich. Our suite room was spacious with comfortable queen size pull out couch for our daughter & king size bed for my husband and me. Bathroom was well appointed, even the towels were soft. We opted to add on the buffet breakfast & it was worth the extra cost. Coffee was delicious as were the pastries, omelets & fresh fruit. Staff was attentive & friendly. Would stay here again

Lovely hotel, very well located, particularly for the train station. We were celebrating our anniversary & the hotel team went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The hotel manager was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants which were all great. The bed was super comfy and the whole vibe of the hotel was excellent

Me and my partner had a wonderful time at Sofitel and are excited to experience other locations when possible. The room was very spacious and well maintained. They had a large bathtub and offered extra amenities for the bath. We even got room service one evening and it was one of the best burgers and French fries we've ever eaten. Additionally we added breakfast to each morning, they had a very big selection of items and you have the opportunity to have the chef make to make you certain types of eggs. Each and every employee we encountered were helpful and kind. Special shout to the concierge Victor who helped us in retrieving a bag we left on the train, he we above and beyond to try and help us, much appreciated. Lastly, it is right next to the train station so it made traveling around very easy!

The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms and beds are very comfortable, but not the greatest location for a five star hotel. Our room had no view and looked directly onto the roof of the train station and it's a fair distance walk to get to the nicer central area. The spa and sauna area was great but very busy. Cafe had fantastic coffee and great options for dairy free/vegan treats. Front desk staff was helpful and provided us an upgrade on check-in and were able to get us in our room early which we appreciated.

This was the best place to spend our holiday! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Viktor with concierge helped us get a reservation at a lovely steakhouse in town on Christmas Eve - which seemed impossible. Breakfast was incredible, the hotel was charming and oh my goodness the bed is amazing. I could’ve stayed there all day!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
