Have stayed here multiple times and can say it is a solid option in Darling Harbour. The club lounge has beautiful views with plenty of food options. They also provide mocktails for non drinkers 👏 the only negative is it can be quite busy on the weekends and check in / valet parking process can be slow. The view from the room is really amazing during Vivid and when fireworks are held

The room, food and amenities were all perfect and just what is imagined when picturing 5 star. But the service by all members of staff on both my stays here have been beyond amazing. Not only friendly but going above and beyond to make both trips memorable. Will be staying here multiple times in the future due to how welcoming the entire experience was. Many thanks to all the staff.

Amazing customer service. When you first walk into the building, you feel welcomed. Room service was really good. Quick and the food was amazing. You can tell the breakfast buffet was high quality. Great location. The pool was good as well. Would definitely go again.

My husband and I had a lovely time at the Sofitel Darling Harbour. The room had all we needed for a comfortable stay and the view was excellent. There were building works underway next door however that didn't spoil the stay for us. Hardly heard the daytime only noise in our room. It was audible from the infinity pool but didn't distract us from having a good time there as well. All the staff were great from reception to the pool and bar. Special mention for Patcharee Hunt who made our stay extra special.

Loved our stay!! First time in Sydney and I was not sure where to stay. We wanted to be in the heart of it all, but keep it quiet for our kids. It was the perfect mix, and we watched fireworks from the pool deck. awesome experience. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. If we go back to Sydney, this is absolutely where we will stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
