Would be great in summer, whatever the room. Great in other seasons too, if you are lucky in room allocation. We had 2 rooms 301 and 302. 301 had heating, and 302 had no method of heating. There was a radiator, but it wasn't on once. The cleaners closed the shutters every day, so even the warming effects of the sun were eliminated. I was so cold that I resorted to using the hairdryer to warm my bed because I couldn't sleep. Both rooms had air conditioning, which seemed to work well, with the aircon unit in 301 also offering a warming function. Both had a small bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and a small shower cubicle. Free soap and shampoo provided. No conditioner. The bathroom in 302 had a broken shower door, some mould, a damp smell, and made intermittent gurgling noises. Wouldn't have been a problem, had I not been awake and cold anyway. The location is wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lovely lift. Everything seemed very secure. On the whole would be a very pleasant experience in the summer.

We're so glad we found a room at Soggiorno Angelus. Just a 12min walk north of the Colosseum you feel right in the middle of everything, but just slightly off the main roads so it's nice and quiet. The B&B was easy to find (we walked from the RomaTermini) and the staff were very kind and accommodating and let us check in early. They have one of the oldest elevators in Italy, and it is gorgeous! The rooms were spacious, clean and best of all the AC ( air conditioning) was so cold! It's hard to find older buildings with good AC in Rome. Sadly we didn't get a chance to try out the breakfast but we were thankful for their 24/7 reception service and help getting a taxi first thing in the morning on a Sunday. Lots of great restaurants, gelato, bars in the area and it seemed like a great night life spot (but best of all we couldn't hear anything from the room). We would love to stay here again!

Everything was excellent! The rooms are clean and the staff is kind and helpful. Would totally recommend, beautiful old roman building with a mind-blowing elevator as well! The location is great, right in the city centre, near everything you will want to see. Maybe a little cold at night because of the season, but that's the case with old buildings anyway. The heating was okay though. No breakfast due to covid19 measures but that was alright as well.

BE CAREFUL, when you make the reservation they give you a total, plus the tourist tax which is €3.50 per person per day, but on the day of payment they deceive you and tell you that it is more. (Attached photos) It is well located Less than 15 minutes to Trevi Fountain Less than 15 minutes from the Colosseum And close to other tourist sites. Narrow street with some restaurants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
