The location is amazing but if you expect to see regular hotel room that is not the room is clean but very outdated The feelings that you don't have much privacy . the breakfast is self-serve overall If you need something for one night it might work for you. One downside is the steps. You have very steep stairs not recommended for older people or people with disabilities.

Wonderful place! Perfectly located in the middle of everything a first-time tourist wants to see, making tours, eating and people watching easy and convenient. Great people working there, nice clean rooms and a big common area. Only drawback is its located on the third floor and the stairs are steep!

No reception after 1pm, for us it's okay as we are seasoned travelers, so it was easy to navigate check in and find our room; finalized check-in was done in the morning. Room is large with an AC unit that does not cool the room at all. When it's so hot during the day (34c) you want to be able to cool down before going out in the evening. We slept with the windows opened which created somewhat of a breeze but then mosquitos entered. After our proper check-in we had said that we do not want our room cleaned and we also had the do not disturb sign on the door handle; we had gone out for the day and returned around 3pm only to find that they had entered our, did the bed but nothing else.. I appreciate my privacy especially when it was discussed in person and we had the sign up. The mattress is also so old, at that price point I'm sure they can afford to replace them. Shower pressure was good and the location were really the only great things about this place. When were leaving, they had googled translated, that they needed 5 minutes to check the room because we didn't want them to entre during our stay. This was a 3 night stay.

I reserved this B&B for four adults specifically because of the elevator. My elderly mother-in-law must have an elevator, so it was much frustration when we had to climb 27 steep steps just to REACH the elevator. We asked for the AC to be turned on but since it is October the woman said it wasn’t possible we just need to open windows for fresh air. It’s very humid and hot, very uncomfortable. It is obvious from our treatment and from the reviews left, that guest comfort is not a priority. I opened the windows (no screens) and the noise from the restaurant kitchen below was extremely loud. I used ear plugs so I could sleep. Extremely frustrating. Not worth the price.

The yellow room No.1 fulfilled all the expectations. The breakfast though prepacked is very generous in amount and varieties. Thank to the staff's warmth and flexibility we booked last minute another room. It is also children friendly (seen on the attached photo for the side fenced bed) place. In total, I shall rate 4.5 out of 5, due to a bit dust on surfaces as well as the edge of the shower.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
