Poor experience. I am attaching their great view from the room where their picture from their offer presents me with the balcony with a view of Soggiorno Battistero from the inside of this room. The responsible guy said that I should be happy because I have a new bathroom and he didn't hear that I ordered this room for a nice view from the window, not for the bathroom! The view from the window requires climbing 5 steps. Half of the view has a roof. We didn't get our room from the order. Please be careful and ask about real pictures of your real room!

We found the property hard to find, level 3 using a small lift. We were greeted by a friendly cleaner who showed us to our room (met the host the next morning). The room was brilliant and the view was amazing. Breakfast was disappointing, the food was nice, but the website pictured bacon eggs sausage etc, we had on offer, toast, croissants, cereal, fruit. Next time would try and book without breakfast and find some where else to eat

Please do not stay in this B&B, the person on reception ( Marcel) was the rudest person ever, practically yelling at us because we couldn’t find our way in. The front door is an old wooden door with no name, finally we got in after pressing every button beside the door, to be confronted with a a dark work sight, with no indication of how to get upstairs. They could at least put a note on the lift to say level 3 was reception. After eventually finding our way, we were confronted with a room that wasn’t even cleaned properly. There was pubic hair in the bidet, and apart from that the room was so old and really unfit for a rental.

Only two stars as only two things were good. The staff was polite and the location is amazing. Also the breakfast is a plus. However, it’s overpriced despite the location. We got a horrible room, no view of the Duomo and the square, only of a dirty roof with little possibility of opening the window. The room was small and the bathroom (which we had to climb on stairs to reach it) was even smaller. The room was very dark, no air and hot. Definitely not worth the money. One of the worst accommodations I’ve stayed in.

The rooms are nothing like you see in the picture. As you can see by the images that I added. Staff is rude when I informed about the matter they didn’t even care about my complain and were not keen to even trying to help me solve the matter. Oh and good luck when going up the stairs of the hotel, you’ll have to use your phone flashlight to see and the whole experience feels like a horror movie. They didn’t refund my money

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
