This place has a good location if you are planning to see the main attractions of Firenze by foot. It’s also close to the main station. The rooms are okay, they are exactly what you’d expect from a 3 star hotel. Their breakfast contains delicious croissants and cappuccino. Why I think this place deserves a 5 star is because of the helpfulness of the staff. Every little problem was dealt with in 5 minutes. If you are visiting the city and need a place to stay, I’d definitely recommend! :)

Very beautiful family hotel. WiFi is good. Tipical Italian breakfast. Excellent service and pretty nice rooms, which are furnitured in vintage style. It is the best point to bring you to the magic of Italian Renaissance. The location is quite and not far from the train station and the main bus stop. The owner wae so kind to show us all famous places in Florence and to give us some advise how to visit them. We were very happy to enjoy our time at this hotel.

What a charming hotel. It was very close to the train station and was within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see. The rooms are large and perfectly European. You can get breakfast of bread and croissants…cheese and jams…orange juice and coffee. You do need to let her know the day before as she buys what is needed everyday. Also that is paid in cash at the end of your stay so be prepared for that. They offer Netflix in the rooms which is VERY nice to be able to relax at the end of the day and watch a movie in any language. The owner is very nice and helpful to let you know how to get to places. The rooms are very quiet and you don’t hear anyone else and it seems like all the rooms are on the same level so no stairs to climb and it is flat to get there from the train station. I Highly recommend and will definately stay there again if we get back to Florence.

The room we had was stylish, lovely and clean, with a fridge. The bed was very comfortable and large. For breakfast, which the owner, Morag, personally prepared for us, we had a very good croissant with a taste of other italian toasts or other offers of fruit or various yogurts. We parked our car less than 1 minute from the accommodation in guarded garages, all process very easy going. When we left accomodation for our next trip, we had some problems, because we forgot the windshield in the garage - we own cabriolet (we found out we forgot on the way back home, more than 500km to think of coming back for it). This situation made us more stressed about what to do. When we returned back home, to the Czech Republic, we got in touch with Morag again, who willingly helped us a lot from a distance (she picked up the windshield from the garage, arranged and sent everything by courier back to the Czech Republic. Big big thanks to her great help. We would like to publicly thank her for her understanding, being open, and willingness to help us remotely!!! When we come back to Florence again, I will be happy to go to this hotel. We sincerely recommend accommodation at Casa di Barbano. Thank you for everything:)

The service from the staff was very nice and respectful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast room had only a few tables so there might be a wait if you get there when it's busy. Also, the breakfast was light, maybe not enough to get by until lunch. Overall great place! We enjoyed our stay here for two days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
