        We booked this hotel online and looking at the hotel details that it has AC and wifi we booked the apartment kind of hotel. We got to the apartment and realized the ac wasn’t on after resting for couple of hours and we went to the management to find out about the AC. And they said we were suppose to pay extra. We showed them the receipt and showed them the room details that it’s the AC room. Once they couldn’t find anything they simply said that the rooms are full. We went there in summer when the temperature is 96 to 100 degrees. We had an awful experience couldn’t even enjoy Florence. I wish we could cancel it. But couldn’t even do that. I’ll double check if anyone is booking the hotel/ apartment with them. They trick you into paying more and won’t even provide the service.

        Giuseppe took us, young travelers in like we were his own children! We arrived very late at night, with no place to sleep. Then he came to us and gave us very tempting offer: 105x4 euros for 1 night. He also told us his story, how he came to Florenze and started his business there. Greetings to Giuseppe from Finland!

        It was a really nice place to stay for a low price. They were really nice and it is in an impecable location. The room was big enough and really nice. Highly recomend if you are looking for a low cost journey close to everything

        We booked this hotel online and looking at the hotel details that it has AC and wifi we booked the apartment kind of hotel.         really great hotel we stayed 1 night and location is next to many restaurants to eat and it’s in the centre of the city great people and great service comfortable beds and nice room and overall a nice place to go

        Ten minutes walk from the Florence train station. Very good location with lots of shops, restaurants of international cuisines and other amenities around. Very friendly, helpful owner, provides breakfast. Dated building, well kept, cleaned and tidied up daily. Has a fridge and hair dryer. There is TV in every room. Plenty of towels.
