Lovely hotel in a central location with clean and friendly rooms. The cleaners and the recipients are doing above and beyond for the guests. The room is accessorized and has a coffee machine, safety deposit box, mini-bar, and more. Our time there was great.

Very cozy, yet modern and clean hotel, combing both a very polite and always willing to assist personnel, with a unique location extremely close to all most prominent touristic attractions and destinations!

Rooms are nice, little small but bed is huge, the breakfast could be well better, specially if you pay 196 euros for the room with breakfast, but you are in downtown Madrid so I can imagine that you need to pay for this too. The hotel was old hostel, well refurbished, everything was very good and the breakfast for boutique hotel need to improve.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
